I am - first and foremost - a hand-stitch and textile crafts woman, with a couple of psychology degrees thrown in for good measure. I have been a counsellor for over twenty years and a creative person all my life.
During my counselling career I became aware that people who were experiencing stress, anxiety or depression were not engaged in any form of creativity.
Thus began the journey and exploration of the benefits of using creativity within the therapy and healing process.
I offer a service where you, the customer, can explore and engage with your creative self, in a safe and supportive environment. Discover the calming repetition of hand-stitching and deliberatly slow down the pace of life.
It is my purpose and pleasure to inspire others to achieve happiness, well-being and quality of life by finding their passion through creative pursuits.
